The Path

22 cards to listen to yourself, born from Nefino’s journey.

Each card is a stage of the journey and a question. You draw, you look, you read, you pause. In a few minutes the card shows you where you are, and which quality it is asking you to grow now.

Take a breath, think of a question or a moment in your life, and draw. This is just a small preview: with the real cards in your hands it’s another thing.

How to use it

Three ways to begin

One card in the morning

Draw it and carry its question with you all day. In the evening, write down what you noticed.

Three cards, three times

Where I come from, where I am, where I’m going. Three cards in a row tell a movement.

In groups and workshops

Everyone draws a card and tells it through something they have lived. It’s the tool of the P.R.O.C.E.D.O.© Method workshops.

The thread that links them

Seven qualities seeking each other

The cards follow the circulation of the planetary types of the Fourth Way: Moon, Venus, Mercury, Saturn, Mars, Jupiter. Each quality, pushed too far, calls for the next one to find balance again. The Sun does not move: it is the Presence that lights every stage, and closes each octave.

It isn’t a ladder you climb to the top, but a circle you grow in. The Key shows the design; The Frequencies give each planet its sound, following Hans Cousto’s cosmic octave.
