The blog · one article a week
This is where I write what the book could not hold: thoughts on consciousness, questions I carry with me, things I have seen and lived. One article every week, in the first person.
Why a blog
Nefino’s Journey ends with a beginning. This space is what comes next: every week I stop on a stretch of the road, a meeting, a question, and write it down for anyone who wants to pause with me.
You won’t find recipes or final truths here. You will find real experiences, the P.R.O.C.E.D.O.© Method tested in everyday life, and a question or two to take home.

What it really means to notice yourself, beyond what you already know.

The Method outside the book: at work, at home, in the street.

Egypt, London, the book talks: what people and places have taught me.

Not answers: questions to stay with for a whole week.

Anxiety has kept us alive for thousands of years. The problem is not having it: it is when it stops warning us and starts ruling us.

We believe we think. More often, we are thought. Plato explained it with a chariot, a charioteer and two horses.
